We have a rural parsonage that’s away from everything and close to everything. It’s a split level home – our bedrooms, kitchen, and living room are on the upper level so you have the whole basement to yourself. The available space includes a guest room with queen bed, two living spaces (playroom and den), and an office that can be set up with a queen-sized air mattress. (The listing says room for 8, just be aware that if you have more than 4 people they will have to use sleeping bags on the floor.) There is a 3/4 bathroom downstairs, and a double washtub in the laundry room can be used to bathe small children. We are happy to visit and get to know you over a cup of coffee/tea, but you can have the entire level to yourself if you prefer to be more private. There is no AC, though there are fans and a dehumidifier. The laundry facilities are available for longer stays or in case of emergency. We prefer no pets (other than service animals) inside, though animals are welcome to stay in our spacious garage. We have a large yard that can be used as well, though there are sometimes coyotes and bears at night.
There is no charge to stay, but we welcome free-will donations to the church to help cover additional utilities costs.

We were in the area for Grandma’s marathon and had the best stay with Stafford and Emma! They were more than accommodating and their house is another home away from home. We have 2 little kids (4 and under) and they slept great! It’s always a little stressful traveling with young kids and we’re so glad that we found such an awesome place to stay and a confessional church next door to attend on Sunday morning. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and want a comfy bed and some new friends. 🙂
