Have a private entrance to an upstairs apartment with 2 bedrooms and a separate living room, kitchen, and bath. Four blocks from the Illinois State Capitol and Illinois State Museum. One mile to the Lincoln Home and the Lincoln Presidential Museum. We are almost empty nesters, so the space is still decorated like college students still live there (they don’t). Street parking or driveway if your car is small. Currently, just one full bed in the first bedroom, but plenty of space for air mattresses (which we can provide). We live downstairs, but we both work, so you probably won’t see much of us. If there is a problem, we are just a phone call or text away, though. Pastor/teacher special: $10 off regular price.
