The New Residence - SE Colorado Springs

Bedroom(s) and bathroom(s)for overnight or weekend travelers.
Rates may fluctuate based on services and space provided.
I have a regular job so this location is primarily available Friday-Sunday, however this is negotiable depending on need.
Coffee/tea service and perhaps breakfast if needed.
This is a gluten-free household.
Simon, the 2-yr golden retriever/husky lives on the site, however he is not allowed in the guest rooms or bathrooms.

  My wife, Emma, and I were honored to be the first LutheranBnB guests of the New Residence. Our accommodations were pristine, yet comfortable. Our hostess was generous and provided many treats from her extensive backyard garden. We most enjoyed the hours of Christian conversation. Proximity to everything we needed to do in Colorado Springs was an additional benefit.
