A Place at the Beach

Looking for a beach vacation? We are located on the Intracoastal Waterway, just a short 4 minute drive to the beach. Imagine yourself lounging by the pool or watching the boats go by or maybe even a dolphin or two as you sit on the pier. Conveniently located near shopping and restaurants, the “Pool House” is on property of the full time owners.

With beautiful views of the Intracoastal from each room, the property has one bedroom with one king, 1 full and two twin beds that can be made into another king. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. There are also two full bathrooms.

The house has a stocked kitchenette with a full fridge, dishwasher, microwave and countertop oven. There is also a washer and dryer.

Other amenities include wifi, shared use of the pool, pier/dock and use of the outdoor kitchen and grill.

We provide use of:
beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas

We also provide linens and bath towels. A starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, toiletries, trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent and dishwashing detergent.
