Beautiful Finished Basement

We have a full newly finished basement that includes a bedroom with a queen bed, dresser, chest of drawers, nightstand and large screen TV. Has a large walk-in closet. A comfortable “living room” with wood flooring, couch, credenza and futon. (Can accommodate an additional single bed and air mattress – we have housed a family of 7 children & 2 adults!) There is a full bathroom with shower. Towels & linens supplied. Desk area with wifi. Hot breakfast served upstairs in living area with husband (retired LCMS teacher) and working wife – empty nesters. Refrigerator in basement area with microwave, Keurig, coffee/tea and snacks.
For longer stay laundry can be made available for an extra charge.

Daily/weekly rental/usage available. Would offer as a home for a local college student for a reasonable rent and laundry facilities.
